Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After deleting the bulk file with status PIP, user is able to search the same deleted file again. Following exceptions is seen in logs

Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException

 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once user deletes the bulk file with status PIP, user should not be able to search it again.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to corporate user.
2. Upload a internal SDMC bulk file with future date.
3. Click on File upload -> Uploaded files Inquiry.
4. Click on delete button on the future dated transaction which is in Processing in Progress state.
5. The record will delete successfully but It will list again in the search list.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not sure whether future dated bulk file is deleted or not.
