Header Record Getting Deleted In METRO II File Generation and file overwritten (Doc ID 2676609.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Header record getting deleted in METRO II file generation

In METROII file generation process, “Header Record for MetroII is getting deleted instead of Updating it to 'Completed'.”

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Metro 2 process should completed as expected. File should not overwritten.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Check System parameter METRO_II_PROGRAM_MODE_CD and value as PL/SQL

2. Go to customer service -> Summary . Check the account details

3.Go to batch jobs and select SET-ODD2 job set and Select SET-ODD2 job(Commit count 2). Batch job thread will be only 1.

4.Execute billing batch 

5.Execute the SET-ODD2 batch job

6.Execute a select statement in the metro_II_data for the account id. check the met_record_status_code,Met_Base_account_Statu,Met_process_date,Met_base_amt_past_due.

7.met_record_status_code should be p. Processed the record.

8.Check output folder scratch/ofsll_home/output - Filename - metro2data..

9.Open the file and check the contents

Repeat the process from 4 to 9.


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, Bank not able to report Metro-2 data
