Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A particular user is facing issue in FLEXCUBE login while using his USER_ID. It takes time to log in. And even after login, the user is not able to perform any activity, as if he experiencing long delays.

As an example, after login user is trying to open MFSPYMTN to authorize payment transactions. It gets stopped there, and cannot proceed further.

System should respond quickly with good performance.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user cannot perform any operations at branch office.
