Symptoms

On : 3.4 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to reverse the availment.
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
LC-AVL96 : Availment can be reversed only when it is the last event or subsequent event are accrual

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take a letter of credit contract availment to be reversed.
2. Ensure availment to be reversed is not the latest availment.
3. Try to reverse the availment.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reverse the availment. and avail against another bill.
