CL UDE CASCADE FUNCTION DOESN'T WORK FOR LOANS WITH EXPIRED MATURED DATE (Doc ID 2676665.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Banks wants to use UDE Cascade Function to set UDE values to 0 for penalty on interest for all contracts under set of Branch/Product/Currency combination.
This functionality suits their requirement, but doesn't get automatically applied to contracts for which maturity date is expired or less than the intended UDE_EFFECTIVE_DATE. 

Nothing about this is mentioned in user manual and it says this CASCADE functionality will work fine for all existing accounts.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

UDE Cascade Functionality should work for active account for which maturity date is expired or less than the intended UDE_EFFECTIVE_DATE.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have to manually set UDE values to 0 for a large number of contracts with expired maturity date.
