CTR application is not visible in UI to CTR group user (Doc ID 2677203.1)

While logging into FCCM application by a CTR user who has mapped to user group / role of other FCCM applications like AM, KYC, ECM & CRR etc., a random popup message appearing due to which CTR group user is not able to access CTR application.
