On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET
While doing Renegotiation on matured loan which is not fully utilized getting error after clicking on default tab.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto GEDFACLT screen
2. Try to Liquidation and Waive
3. Click on default button
