Add Favorite Button Not Disabled Once The Transaction Marked As Favorite

Symptoms
When attempting to add existing payee as favorite,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
System cannot process request.Please try later.
Inserting duplicate record error .
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX application as Retail user.
2. Click on toggle menu navigate to Payments-->Payments and Transfers-->Transfer Money
3.Click on existing payee radio button and provide the details of transfer.
4. On confirmation screen there is an option to add favorite ,once clicked on add as favorite that button is still enabled and clicked for the second time gives above mentioned error.
