Unable to Add ATM in ATM/Branch Maintenance Screen (Doc ID 2677879.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add ATM through admin user
the following error occurs.

ERROR

An unexpected problem occurred while evaluating approval flow.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with admin user and search for ATM/Branch maintenance
2. Select ATM
3. Enter details and click on save
4. On verify page click on confirm, error is generated
