On Fund Transfer History Screen, Re-Initiate Button Doesn't Pre-Populate Transaction Details (Doc ID 2677887.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On fund transfer history screen , on click of re initiate option for any type of transfer there is no action perform by the system .

Further when same re initiation is done through fund transfer history widget on dashboard below is observed,
1. No data is pre populated for Own transfer history and Internal transfer history.
2. For Domestic transfer history , No action is performed.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Re initiation of transaction should be done through Fund transfer History widget and menu.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with retail user
2. Go to menu --> payments -->Inquiries --> Fund transfer history
3. Click on re initiate of any transfer --> No action
