Symptoms
while initiating P2P transfer for Mobile number more than 10 digits.
system throws error 'Characters entered are not supported.'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users with a mobile number more than 10 digits should be able to initiate P2P transfer.
The size of mobile number for a user by which P2P Payment can be done should be made configurable.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as retail user.
2. Click Transfer Money.
3. Click on 'New payee' to create a new beneficiary.Input 12 digit mobile number in Mobile and click on confirm button
4. Now try to initiate a payment with this payee.
