Relationship Linkage Is Not Getting Updated When A Customer Branch Transfer Happens (Doc ID 2678351.1)

On : 12.0.1 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
During Customer portfolio transfer, the table CSTB_RELATIONSHIP_LINKAGE is not being updated with the new branch code.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The table CSTB_RELATIONSHIP_LINKAGE should be updated with the new branch code after branch transfer.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a customer transfer from Branch A to Branch B
2. Run the EOD batch, after completion check if the customer is successfully transferred and also if new branch updated in CSTB_RELATIONSHIP_LINKAGE.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, customer portfolio transfer from one branch to another is not complete.
