Symptoms

 

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

---------------

Currently Oracle Digital Assistant(Chatbot) is using OTP for user authentication to complete the inquiry transactions.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

-----------------------

There should be soft token based authentication for user to do the inquiry transaction through ODA (chatbot).

STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. There is no integration with soft token based authenticationfor OBDX with ODA - chatbot.

BUSINESS IMPACT

-----------------------

The issue has the following business impact:

System should allow both option of soft token based authenticator and OTP for authentication
