Forgot Username Throws "System cannot process" Error On Screen (Doc ID 2678449.1)

Symptoms

When user is attempting  "Forgot Username" transaction, the following error occurs.

ERROR

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Reach to OBDX Login page
2. Click "Forgot Username"
3. Input "Email-Id" & "DOB" and Submit
4. Error receives "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later."
