Pool account transactions: Missing data

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------

When user trying to add an account into pool or Remove an account from the pool of acount by posting the transactions(SPL_ADD_ACC & SPL_REMOVE_ACC) following two key fields:
PAT_AAD_ID, PAT_AMT are populated with '0' value in POOL_ACCOUNT_TXNS Table.

PAT_AMT - outstanding Balance amount at the time account is moved to/from a Pool. Equal to  PAC_SALE_BALANCE in POOL_ACCOUNTS 

These fields are required for tracking Pool movements and for processing accounting entries.
