User Is Unable to Login Even When Unlocked by the Admin User (Doc ID 2678745.1)

User gets locked after allowed invalid password attempts. User is then unlocked by the Admin user, but still he is not able to login.

User should be able to login after it gets unlocked by the Admin user.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter username and try to login with incorrect password at least five times (Due to invalid password attempts this user will get locked).
2. To unlock, login with Admin user -> Go to User Management -> Search that particular lock user.
3. Validate the status of the user from User Management, it should display 'Unlocked'.
4. Retest with valid credentials but still it shows 'Invalid User and/or Password'.
