While Placing New Origination Request "NAN"/Blank Shown on E-Mail Verification Pop Up Window Instead of Count (Doc ID 2678794.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

1. For E-mail Verification in origination request, system is not showing the remaining attempts left on screen.

2. After entering OTP on click of verify Email button system displays NAN/ blank instead of count.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

-----------------------

Remaining attempt count should be displayed on E-mail verification screen.

STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Select savings/current account on login home page.

2. Choose the product and mention all the required details for requesting new account.

3. Upload the mandatory documents and click submit.

4. System prompts the user to verify the email id which was mentioned during the initiation stage.
