"Error : DIGX_CO_0003" While Look Up Of BIC/RTGS/IFSC Code In Adhoc Payment Screen (Doc ID 2678819.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

---------------

1. While performing like search on RTGS/IFSC code in Adhoc Payment, Application throws errors and the option "State" search criteria gets disappeared from the search Pop-up window.

2. Search a RTGS/IFSC code which is not maintained in backend database application throws following erros :

{"result":"SUCCESSFUL","message":{"detail":"System cannot process the request, please try again later.","code":"DIGX_CO_0003"}}

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Search Pop-up window should fetch the details based on search criteria or should display appropriate message if record is not available.

STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login into OBDX.

2. Navigate to payment and perform Adhoc payment.

3. Search BIC code.
