Alerts missing highlights and transactions

Problem Description

Alerts highlights and transactions are not populated due to production batch issue. Scenario's were executed in sequence but post processing didn't populate scenario display name , highlights and binding transaction. Can you please let me know how to reset the batch parameter for the day and rerun post processing?

I tried reopen the batch for the same day and executed post processing scripts but still not populated.
