Customer Is Not Receiving OTP When Authentication Done From Chatbot (Doc ID 2679194.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OTP not received while authenticating user in chatbot , when doing transaction and having OTP authentication not mocked

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
OTP should be received for authentication when using chatbot functionality.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Open ODA and try to initiate a transaction in ODA
Step 2: Initiate a txn which is having OTP validation/authentication(Like Balance Inquiry, Recent Transactions).

Tried the transaction "Account Balance " from ODA and OTP was not sent on the mobile number.
