Symptoms

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to authorize BC under a LC
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. book a LC with limits attached.Save and authorize.
2.Amend the LC.Save and authorize.
3.Book a BC under the LC.
4.Try to authorize the BC and system will throw the error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize the Bill.
