OBDX User Is Getting Created Through Origination Inspite of Error "Host Is Unreachable" (Doc ID 2679248.1)

When a user requests for a new CASA account through Origination, the system request for the details and after inputting all the necessary details and submitting the request, an error "Host is Unreachable" is observed on the screen, still the user is created under OBDX, but the account is not created in the host. Using the new credentials, once the user tries to log into the application, then again the system gives the following error:

Host is Unreachable

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to OBDX home page
2. Follow the origination flow for creating a new user for CASA
3. Login with the newly created user
