CL - Not Able To Perform VAMI Back Dated Due To Data Exist For Componding (Doc ID 2679318.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

 not able to perform  back dated VAMI due to data exist for accounts in CLTB_ACC_COMPOUNDING_DATES

we observed that system put compounding dates in CLTB_ACC_COMPOUNDING_DATES although there is no compounding frequency defined for component schedule
this lead to not allow user to perform VAMI back dated with error “CL-VAM123 - Effective date can not be less the last compounding date”.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. pick any product having compounding months as Y at cltm_product_comp_frm
2. create back value dated account with above product and have compounding month as null in account level(cltb_account_comp_sch)
3. save authorize the account .
4) do the back dated vami prior to the month system will throw the error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
