User unable to access application:

The user was working on application earlier using google chrome. However, after a recent enterprise wide google chrome update to Google Chrome Version 83.0.4103.61, the application stopped working and as an interim measure, Oracle support suggested to use IE. This is when this particular user started experiencing the performance issue.
