Corporate User Is Not Able To View Linked Party Instruction Details (Doc ID 2679555.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
Corporate user is not able to view instruction detail for linked party.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
Corporate user should able to view instruction detail for linked party.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with corporate Maker.
2. Navigate to Payment->Setup->Repeat Transfer.
3. Click on "Add New" button.
4. Make one domestic transfer by selecting linked party account.
5. Login to OBDX with corporate checker.
6. Approve Transaction.
7. Login again with maker role.
6. Navigate to Payment->Setup->Repeat Transfer.
7. Approved transaction for linked party will be shown.
8. Click on linked party transaction for viewing details.

Prerequisite setup needed.
1) Party preference is maintained for parent party and linked party.
2) Parent party is linked with other party id using party to party linkage through admin module.
3) Party account access is maintained for linked party
4) User account access is maintained for linked party.
5) Workflow is maintained for parent party id.
6) Rule is set through rule management.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, corporate user cannot view linked party instruction details.

 No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
