In System Rules, Incorrect Limit Package Shown While Switching Between Enterprise Roles (Doc ID 2679616.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When user navigate from one enterprise role to another , the limit package is not updating as per the enterprise role instead the first one in the drop down is displayed.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Drop down navigation of enterprise role should work properly and mapping should not affected or changed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with admin user
2. Goto system rule and choose retail enterprise role from drop down.
3. Application will display the limit package applied to retail.
4. Choose corporate enterprise role from drop down and after the page refresh.
5. Again select choose retail enterprise role from drop down.
6. Limit package value got changed to first item in the drop down list for retail role.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot navigate properly between enterprise roles and see the proper mapping.
