Arabic Intent For Arabic Translation Does Not Work In Chat Bot (Doc ID 2679617.1)

Symptoms

Arabic translation not working in chat bot

Configured the Google translation API key and URL in ODA and tried Arabic Intent, But it does not work and gives below error.
"Sorry I didn’t get you. Can you be a bit more clear or Just type ‘Help me’ if you need to know the things which I can do for you?"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Enable translation services in ODA.
2.Open Chatbot
3.Type Help me in Arabic
