Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the touch point access (Mobile Banking) to the user-id is revoked and post that if the user attempts to re-onboard, no message is being shown to the customer.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the touch point access (Mobile Banking) to the user-id is revoked and post that if the user attempts to re-onboard, then message should be show to the customer.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Register the user with touch point access available
2) Then remove the user in the app
3) Remove the touch point access for the specific user in the admin menu.
4) Re-Onboard the user for whom the touch point access not available
5) You could notice that there is no error message is being displayed.
