Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
If the user on-boards on a new device and later attempts from a new device, then both devices are displaying the TOTPs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If the user on-boards on a new device and later attempts from a new device, then only one device should be display the TOTP.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login user with TOTP on one device.
2. Also try to Login same user with TOTP on another device.
