Symptoms

When attempting to login into an application without password/Userid and click on Login,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

 'Message too long for RSA'.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On the login page keep the Userid and password as Null (keep it blank)
2. Click on 'Login'
