Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On closure of CASA, System is throwing error AC-CLS01 (Account Balance is not getting zeroized during closer event). Debug attached

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Acquired amount should be auto liquidated and account should be successfully closed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take an account having acquired amount in ICTB_ENTRIES
2. Try to close the account from STDCUSAC without doing manual liquidation from ICDLIQAC

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the account.
