User Not Able To Login After Setting Up System Configuration For FCUBS Entity. Error Digx_CO_0003 Is Displayed. (Doc ID 2680472.1)

Symptoms

After setting up system configuration for FCUBS entity, user is not able to login.

ERROR
-----------------------
DIGX_CO_0003:-System cannot process the request, please try again later.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Admin user.
2. Navigate to "System Configuration->Entity setup"
3. Fill values as per bank's configuration mentioned in user manual.
4. Restart weblogic.
5. Browse OBDX url..

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to login to OBDX.
