Error "No records found, to search again please amend your inputs" Is Observed While Searching for Customer Transaction from Admin Application (Doc ID 2680534.1)

Symptoms

When an Admin user tries to fetch the transaction details on the Transaction Activities page of Admin Application, the following error is observed:

No records found, to search again please amend your inputs

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Admin application
2. Navigate to Transaction Activities-->View Customer Transactions
3. Enter the E-Banking Reference No, Customer ID and click search
