Symptoms

User Gets the error message 'The password entered violates the number of successive characters allowed.' when the user performs the transaction "New Saving/Current Account open".

Displaying Below functional error on Password Policy screen.

"'The password entered violates the number of successive characters allowed."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with retail user
2. Navigate to New open account from the Menu option.
3. Fill all the data and submit
