On : 11.2 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

CL Reversal Button is disabled

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

CL Reversal button should be enabled

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open CLDPYMNT
2. Enter query populate the ESN
3. check the reversal button on top

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reverse the CL payment
