Customized Roles Dashboard Gets Blank When Corporate User Switches Between Profiles. (Doc ID 2681840.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
Customized dashboard is displayed as blank for below scenario.
1) Corporate user assigned customized role.
2) Customized role is assigned to customized dashboard.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customized dashboard should be displayed for below scenario.
1) Corporate user assigned customized role.
2) Customized role is assigned to customized dashboard.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with admin user.
2. Create customized role from "Role Transaction Mapping" screen. (Make sure 2 roles have been created as maker and checker)
3. Create customized application role based dashboard for roles created in step 2 from "Dashboard Builder" screen.
4. Create one corporate user and assigned roles created in step 2.
5. Login with corporate user.
6. Switch role from dashboard widget.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user cannot view customized dashboard assign to corporate role.

Changes

 No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
