Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
Row lock contention is observed for temp_account query in ASH (Active Session History) reports which is causing slowness while logging into FCDB Internet and Mobile banking applications.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Row lock contention should not be observed and users should be able to login to FCDB Internet and Mobile banking applications without any slowness.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into FCDB Internet/ Mobile banking application.
2. Observe for the slowness.
3. Check AWR reports for any row lock contention especially on temp_account table.
