TD premature redemption throws error AC-OVD02 (Doc ID 2682774.1)

The system not allowed to Redeem the account if the balance is not available in the offset account. Below error is throwing

AC-OVD02 - Available Amount for Account <> after this Entry is <> Total Available Amount is <>

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch ICDREDMN screen.
2. Query the TD account.
3. Do a redemption before maturity
4. Verify whether the redemption is successful.
