Error "Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect", "Password verification failed", "Uninitialized keystore" Observed in Logs When trying to hit Net-Banking URL (Doc ID 2682908.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login into the Flexcube Direct Banking (FCDB) Application, an ERROR PAGE is shown and
the following errors are observed in Application Error Logs -

ERROR

java.io.IOException: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect

java.security.UnrecoverableKeyException: Password verification failed

javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: java.security.KeyStoreException: Uninitialized keystore

java.security.KeyStoreException: Uninitialized keystore


STEPS
-----------------------

1. Try hitting the FCDB Application
2. The home.jsp page loads, but further when you click on "Login" - ERROR PAGE is shown
3. On checking the logs - the above mentioned errors are noted

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login into FCDB Application.

Changes

Changes done for certain Day-Zero Properties  in fcat.properties under Base FCDB Folder/system/home causes this issue.
