Settlement Tab Is Not Allowing Account Change For Charge Amount Tag (Doc ID 2682917.1)

On : 12.2 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Settlement tab is not allowing account change for charge amount tag

Bank is replacing CASA account from charge amount tag in Securities corporate action processing and system is forcring old settlemend information.
Bank is doing change in settlement tab to replace CASA account in USD currency to suspense GL in ZAR for charge amount tag.

The reason of change of settlement account to suspense GL is bank would like to control exchange rate and same will be collected from CASA by means of FX/DE transaction.
to CASA.

But System is enforcing old account during save of dividend.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow to save the dividend in new account.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change the account in settlement tab for the charge amount.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to change the account for charge amount.
