Goal

Promote to CASE function is not working from KYC application.

Error detail in UMM Service log:
[DEBUG] [WEB] [UMM] Executing F_RA_TO_CASE_MNUL...
[DEBUG] [WEB] [UMM] SQL exception is : java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06550: line 1, column 13:
PLS-00905: object LUAT_OFSAAFCCM.F_RA_TO_CASE_MNUL is invalid
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
