Symptoms

 

When Administrator user clicks on Mailbox Notification after log in ,

System shows error "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later. "Persistence exception occurred

 STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Log in as Administrator/Business User

2) Click on Mailbox notification bar



Changes

 patchset 18.2.3.0.0 was applied recently.
