Symptoms

Below error is observed on 'User account access' screen while trying to map more than 2/3 accounts to the corporate or retail user via Admin user .

'System cannot process the request'

STEPS TO SIMULATE ISSUE:

-----------------------

1) Login via Admin user

2) Go to User Account Access Screen

3) Enter the required party id to which user is mapped and search. Select the same from result data received on search.

4) Now Select more than 2 un mapped accounts to map them to the user.

5)Save and confirm
