Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After UI deployment and OHS restart, the net-banking screen appears to be distorted. Even after login, the dashboard is distorted.
This resolves after the user clears the browser cache and then relaunching the netbanking url.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After UI Deployment and Server Restart, after hitting the netbanking URL,the screen should look normal. Also, after login the dashboard should look normal.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. After UI Deployment and OHS Restart, try hitting the netbanking URL
2. The screen looks distorted for some users
3. Further, after login, the dashboard again looks distorted.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users see a distorted screen before and after login into OBDX Application.
Changes
No changes done to environment / Product / Account / Hardware causes this Issue.
