Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
MetroII - SWAP Txn is not updating ECOA codes to match relationship types

The customer swap transaction is not updating the MetII ECOA codes to match the new relationship types on the account. This creates a mis match of information being reported to the bureaus in terms of the account holders responsibility to outstanding balance. See attached account where swap was processed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should update the ECOA code according to the new relationship type

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select an account having 2 joint customers (like PRIMARY, SPOUSE and CO-SIGNER etc)
2. Post a SWAP RELATIONSHIP transaction on the account
3. Verify the ECOA codes for the same

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, System incorrectly reporting to Metro-2
