Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is not showing the customer account in STDTRKRL screen to release the accounts that have been liquidated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should show the customer account in the LOV.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to STDTRKRL screen.
2. Query for the customer account.
3. Verify whether the account is there in the LOV
