Null Screen Appearing Once User Logging For Already Logged User (Doc ID 2684609.1)

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Generic: Null screen appearing once user logging for already logged user

In a SSO enabled environment, log in with a user which already logged user in diffirent browser. System will pop up message that "User already logged in. Do you want to clear and re log in?
Once click "Ok", only Null screen is appearing.

Please note that this issue is occuring only in SSO enabled environment.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should Clear the User and should allow to log in

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in User.
2. log in with Same user in different browser
3. System pops : User already logged in. Do you want to clear and relog in?
4. Click Ok

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot clear already logged in user
