Error "No Records Found" on Click of Change Button in Standing Instruction Cancellation Details Screen (Doc ID 2684957.1)

Symptoms

When customer initiates a Standing Instruction Cancellation and from Verify Page, he clicks on Change button, and searches again for the existing Standing Instruction,
the following error occurs.

No Records found


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into FCDB Application as a Corp/Retail User
2. Go to SI Cancellation, select an Account and Proceed to Verify Page
3. Click on Change. The first screen is visible.
4. Now click on search with the same account number - No Records Found.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the existing Standing Instruction after coming back from Verify Page.

No changes in the environment/Product/Account/Hardware causes this Issue.
