Symptoms

Customer has issues with 'Create Case' stage in Onboarding service.

Observed error in KYC_OB_LOG - ERROR: ORA-01400 -- cannot insert NULL into FCC_PRECASE_CASE_MAP . V_JURISDICTION_CD. This is causing Onboarding request to fail.

 

Changes

Changes in the Infodom Patches. But, that was not the cause of this issue.
