Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the Standing Instruction Cancellation Screen, in the date picker, the First Execution Date is not allowing to enter a date less than current date.
Year column starts with 2020, 2021...

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The date picker should allow to enter past dates as the standing instruction would have been created in the past.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a Retail / Corp User in FCDB (Flexcube Direct Banking) Application and go to Standing Instruction Cancellation.
2. Check the Date Picker in First Execution Date - It allows to enter 2020 onwards only.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select a proper date for "First Execution Date" in Standing instruction Cancellation Screen.
